Return Policy

Return/Cancellation Policy



Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days from ship date and in the original form of payment.  For online orders, ship date is the date of purchase.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.   Return Authorization Numbers are required for any and all returns.  Returns seeking credit or refund for products that have been received are subject to a 20% processing fee after approval. Carefully package the product for return to ensure safe delivery in order to receive proper credit/refund (less processing fee plus S+H).  We must physically receive the returned product(s) without any damage within the 30 day period from the purchase date to issue refund.  TSPC America, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion; to reject any return that does not comply with the above requirements.


Order Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply email or call us to cancel your order; a 10% administration fee is applicable for unshipped orders.  If your order has already been shipped, please see 'Returns' policy; you may refuse the package for refund (a 10% fee + shipping & handling will be subtracted).  


Lost or Damaged Shipment
